Desktop & Other Services Phone/Remote Support Not every problem requires a technician to come on site. You may just have a quick question that you need answered immediately. Our phone support allows these questions and problems resolved quickly and effectively, and since we bill in 10 minute increments you will not be billed for large chunks of unused minutes as with other companies. Our remote support team can use existing software on many PC’s to obtain access to help you resolve a problem quickly that may not be effectively resolved over the phone. Like with our phone support, our remote support is billed in 10 minute intervals and not by the hour. PC Sales & Service If you are experiencing problem’s with your PC or need a new PC we can help.
